lagerish recipe

Hi guys,

I am thinking of attempting a lagerish recipe today, how does this sound?

Brew length 23l

5kg MO
200G Torrified wheat
60g saaz @ 60
30g saaz @ 10
irish moss @ 10
30g saaz @ 0
mauribrew lager yeast

Is there any hops I could add to this? I've got nelson, ahatanum, amarillo, n brewer, styrian goldings bobek and fuggles

Bobek would work lagerishly.

How much bobek would you add and when? I wish I had put another kilo of MO in now but it's too late

40g of bobek sounds like a lot unless you really, really like that bobek taste. Personally 10g of the stuff for late hops would do me!
