I would usually put the recipe into Beersmith and adjust to get the gravity but as a rough estimate I would use around 4-4.5kg of pale malt to replace the LME.
Thanks Anthony UK. I'll give it a go. The reason I ask is because I can easily purchase the grain where I intend to brew, but cannot easily find extract.
I use the BIABacus spreadsheet and for all recipes I enter it and use the calculated values for grain and hops. This way it is adjusted to my system. Even the defaults are pretty close.

I've tweaked the recipe on another calculator and although it doesn't come out quite as dark as I thought, it still seems to be within the style. I dialled it in as I first read it and it was nowhere near. So again, thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
