This weeks brew; it's hoppy and dark

I'm making a dark hoppy ale this weekend, should be a good one.

Fermentable Grams Ratio
Pale Malt 3800 grams 86.8%
Crystal Malt 225 grams 5.1%
Vienna Malt 130 grams 3%
Chocolate Malt 125 grams 2.9%
Roasted Barley 100 grams 2.3%


Hop Variety Type Alpha Time grams
Sorachi Ace Pellet 14.3 % 90 mins 20 grams
Sorachi Ace Pellet 14.3 % 15 mins 20 grams
Sorachi Ace Pellet 14.3 % 10 mins 30 grams
Sorachi Ace Pellet 14.3 % 5 mins 30 grams
Sorachi Ace Pellet 14.3 % 0 mins 30 grams
Sorachi Ace Pellet 14.3 % Dry Hop 30 grams

Final Volume: 23 Litres
Original Gravity: 1.042
Final Gravity: 1.011
Alcohol Content: 4.1% ABV
Total Liquor: 32.7 Litres

Hop you like sorachi ace :) I've made one all sorachi ace beer, it was very tasty. Very unique hop imo
