1/2lb Flaked Barley
1lb Flaked Maize
1 1/2 oz Amarillo FWH with 3/4 oz Saaz at end of boil ( would have been all Amarillo but I'm using up what I have)
PH 5.2 added. Nottingham Yeast
Should get 5 gallons or thereabouts.
So far so good, must see how the sparge water is getting on.
