All About Wine

ok so i was thinking about making some wine sometime in the future, and keeping it a year or 2 for christmas day, so naturally i want a great tasting, medium/sweet wine thats also fizzy (well i can force co2 it later i guess) and a nice fruity flavor.

any ideas of what i can make? also i dont have a clue with making wine so any advice/tips and stuff would be nice.
someone was saying about making wine from tins of strawbs from the supermarket... that good? (i feel another few projects coming along)
also the idea is that it tastes good but also anyone can drink it, its aimed at anyone drinking it (i dont exactly love wine) and some of the others who will be drinking it prefer alcopops and wines (seperate people/categorys there to)
mabe a % aimed somewhere between 5 and 15% would be ok?
