Title says it all, now all I need to do is leave it! 8)

Xmas plonk is a bit of a use up, and at a cheeky OG 1.058, FG 1.008 a bit potent (for me)!

Heres what went in:

Pale 4700gm
Amber 400gm
Crystal 400gm
Wheat malt 300gm
Torrified wheat 400gm

Sugar 500g (I need the extra kick - mother is staying here this year! Two drink maximum or you're an alcoholic...)

Goldings 40g (5.4 a%a) 60 minutes.
Fuggles 20g (5.0 a%A) 60 minutes.

Mash temp 66deg, loosing 1deg over 90 minutes.

Tastes nice so far. I'll tell me mum when she's here it's 3%! :=P

Be interesting to see how cloudy it is, I haven't had much luck with Amber in the past.

Sounds to me you need to urgently find one of those German beer steins then - the large 2 pint plus jobbies
