Turbo Cider

Post by seankeggers » Sat Oct 27, 2007 1:49 pm

Cant wait. Ive only been brewing for two weeks but every other topic seems to be about turbo cider so i thought i'd best try for myself. Just brought 4 x 1 litre cartons of pressed apple juice from morrisons. Ive put it in the demijon and took a quick reading which was 1056. doesent mean much to me but did it anyway. Ive added a sachet of yeast and am waitng for the fireworks to start!!!! :?

Good luck with it lads. I am trying my first T.C today, 4x1 litre cartons of the finest Netto apple juice, 250g of sugar dissolved in 500ml of boiling apple juice then added to remainder in a demi-john. 1 sachet of S-04 pitched and it's going like a trooper. :D
The only problem is..............i'm not keen on cider. :D

I wasn't keen on cider either, until I made some and started drinking it

I find the more I drink the more I enjoy it

Funny that

Mine have been taking about a week/ten days.

They fill them with fizzy cr*p like Coke and Fanta so a bit of TURBO won't do 'em any harm!
