Postponing this until at least Tuesday: I'm kind of drained from the current heat wave that is supposed to end Sunday.

I sparged a little extra to end up with almost 3.5 U S gallons at 1.033. I pitched the yeast at 11am and it was burping every 20 seconds at 7:30pm.

It tastes very good, I'm happy with how it turned out.
My previous batch, also a mild, used 2.5 lbs chevalier and 1.5 lbs maris otter as the base malts.
