Thats it ! Almost there !

Tomorrow,accompanied and supervised by the able Garth, I dip my toe into this wonderful world of brewing. Equipment is ready,ingredients bought,recipe ( Baggage smasher,whatever that is ) sorted, I'll be up a the crack of dawn, sterilising,oops,SANITIZING, my gear. Dont want to spoil the first one !

Yea me and Wez did it on the same day, and i was the same lying in bed going through it all in my head and of course it went without a hitch, we both hit 75% didn't we Wez that was a great brew, enjoy your first and remember the beer tastes and looks better every time

Amazing how simple it is yet how many tweaks are there for you to play with.

Quite fancy "tweaking" but will be a canny while before I'm good enuff to know why I want to tweak !!
