Have had Admirals Reserve in barrel for 2 weeks, after fermenting in bin for 10 days. Noticed dripping from tap of King Keg Top Tap about 30 minutes ago. Thought this could just be excess pressure in barrel so checked tap was tight and released some pressure by pinching rubber on valve on lid until dripping stopped. Also took a sample glass, for research purposes only mind, which seems to taste bloody marvelous if only a bit cloudy. Have I got a Dead-Duck or is this sometimes the norm???
