So Pleased

I'm chuffed to bit's with my new hobby(read 'obsession') and overly pleased that all my brews have come out with a good response. Everyone has asked for another so far. 8) That must be good.
My first, a cider kit, was lovely. Bit too lovely as the Fish wife drunk some. I drank the most though.
My Bulldog Ale was everything i hoped it would be. But i haven't had an Ale in England for about two years now so nothing to compare to. Except the fact that i haven't liked any commercial beer i've tried here and i LOVE the Bulldog.
The IPA has only been bottled since 20/12/07 and tonight as i type i drink. It will be the best tasting and strongest yet when it's matured proper. It has a ????? taste but v likeable. I have no idea what a beer tastes like in words? Sorry. I know what i like and what i don't, thats about it for now.
I would like to steer my beer's to exactly how i like them though so i reckon it won't be long till i go AG.
Brewing rocks and i love it

It's caramel. The IPA has a lovely rich caramel taste. But it's now 3.37am for me so everything tastes great. I think. :=P
