HELP - Lost all my recipes

I recently had my computer upgraded and failed to export my recipes from Beersmith. Yes, it was a work computer and now it's gone.
I had been entering many of the recipes here into the application and now, poof!
Does anyone have any accumulation of these in Beersmith to create an export file for me? I'd hate to have to re-create them all.
