Cooper's Bavarian Pilsner

Right - today (Monday) is day 8 in the FV and there is no longer a head, Gravity is approx 1015 but the brew is still cloudy.

My plan is to leave it til tomorrow and, if still at 1015 and cloudy, add finings. Then bottle on Wednesday.

Opinions? Nothing smells bad - and, if we stay at 1015 (and it clears) I should end up with a 5.25% pilsner. Should I fine tonight and bottle Tuesday instead?

I'd be tempted to rouse the yeast with a sanitised paddle to see if you can get it to drop another few points before fining and bottling.

It's a lovely kit, I've never brewed one myself but I have been given a bottle of it and it was cracking 8)

Sounds fair to me - I'll give it a go and, if no change, go ahead as planned.

Cheers!
