Double batch question??
I'm not sure you'd get enough liquor in your MT. If your doubling that grain bill your gonna be close to full on the mash i reckon. You'd manage it if you could fly sparge. I do 40 ltr batches in my MT which is 33ltr. I have to do 2 boils as i only have a 25ltr boiler. I just collect all the wort in my 50 ltr FV and any over in a 10ltr FG bucket. I then split it into two and do two boils. I cool the first and put it into my 50ltr FV then boil the second, cool and add to the 50 FV. It makes the brewday a bit longer but i think it's worth the extra time.
