Increased quantities of fermentables by 7.5% (x 1.075) to increase OG to 1043.
All went pretty well - I upped my CRS addition to 0.5ml/l but mash pH was still IRO 6.2. Sparged down to 1.008 as still not confident of my efficiency.
Ended up with about 20L after the boil at 1.055ish, topped up to 23L for OG of 1.048. Sailed way past my target with efficiency of 78.6% this time round! Just racking my brains to see what I did differently this time.
