O.G 1050
4650g PALE MALT
220g CRYSTAL MALT

MASH LIQUOR: 12L
MASH TEMP : 66CELCIUS
MASH TIME : 90MINS

600g MALTOSE SYRUP
31g CHALLENGER HOPS
30g NORTHDOWN HOPS
20g GOLDINGS HOPS (last 15mins)
1 tsp IRISH MOSS (last 15mins)

BOIL TIME 2 HRS
FINAL GRAVITY 1012
FINAL VOLUME 23 LITRES
A.B.V 5.1%

I was led to understand from somewhere that Ruddles contained Bramling Cross, or is that only the Ruddles Organic? Or am I dreaming?
