Did a 60 min mash at 66C.
I'll not be adding aroma hops as per advice on here

Well its 5.45pm the boil is due to end at 6.10pm. Hoping for an early finish. Will clean the equipment tomorrow as its too dark now. Hope to see a few of you at Sutton tomorrow!
