My sack of pale malt is almost gone, so I reckon there may be a lot of flour in this one... just hoping I don't end up with a set mash, but hopefully the Torrefied Wheat should compensate

Just been down to the home brew shop and picked up a packet of T-58.... last time it did a grand job with Old Tom, so hopefully will do again


Any thoughts/suggestions? One think I am going to be wary of after seeing previous posts is the beast wanting to climb out of the fermenter
