he made a mistake mesauring the weight from the grains, so instead of the normal 4kg of grain for 20 litres, he brought almost 6.5kg.....
We were suposed to do an APA, in the end its more an AIPA, but with less hop aditions!!!

Single step Infusion at 67°C for 90 Minutes.

today the efficiency went realy down....i think it was because the grains were milling to thin i thin...and the sparge was to fast....... we lost some temperature during mash, 67ºC to 64ºC, something wasnt working today....

but in the end we got a tasty wort, and smelly.....had a lovely aroma!!
after a week of fermentation we will dry hop with citra and cascade!!! Just hope that will trun up a good beer, even if a bit stronger....
