I think my Brew is doomed!

1020 after a week in FV, gave a gentle stir,
1020 3 days later, added another pack of yeast, Beer temp 19deg, raised trug heater to bring beer temp to 22deg,
today 1010 but beer looks awful, very cloudy, put the dry hops in anyway to see if I can salvage this crock of Sh$t!

Heater off and FV in the shed to chill down.
Bloody Brewing!
