ABV 4.1%
IBU 13
Mashing @ 68°
Eff 75%
2kg Wheat
1.2 kg MO
700g Munich
Hersbrucker 2.1 AA, 35g full boil
Hersbrucker 2.1 AA, 20g 15 mins
Fermenting @ 21°C with WB-06
Not a quick win as am bottling but hopefully this will be ready in 3 weeks.

I have recently used WB 06 on a couple of batches of wheat beer.
Its really nice I know its probably not quite as good as any of the liquid yeast but it can be easier to use as you dont worry too much about waking it up first like a liquid yeast to check its viability.
Its another yeast thats made it in too mystores cupboard, alongside s04 and us05 as everyday yeasts.
It will soon be ready Matt then you can let us know what you think
