5.0 kg Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt - TTS
500 g CaraMalt
100 g Torrified Wheat
35.0 g Chinook (12.7%) - added first wort, boiled 90 min
10 g Chinook (12.7%) - steeped after boil
65 g Amarillo (9.4%) - steeped after boil
65 g Cascade (7.6%) - steeped after boil
White Labs WLP001 California Ale
Mashing at 73c at the minute. Little high? Last time I made a beer with S05 (WLP001 apparently) I ended with a gravity of 1006.

No flavour additions in this one. Just first wort and steep hopping. Plan is to chill to 80c, add the hops and stir gently for 30 mins. Will keep temp at 80c throughout. Will also recirculate for 30 mins before adding to the fermenter. This will aid clarity and hopefully pull more flavours from those hops.
