Nice one DaaB, I was going to ask you about the "hop sock" but then saw that you posted the details
here. Looks like you've cracked the problems with the plate chiller then?

Are you sticking with the plate chiller? From an earlier thread you seemed to have doubts.

Nice job Daab. Recipe looks good. How do you sainitise the pipe work to and from the chiller? In the FV? I did mine by making up a circuit of FV > chiller > pump > FV, and pumping sanitiser around the lot, then reverse flushing the chiller at some point during that, then pumping through water to rinse.
