Simon, it was gorgeous, IIRC. When I've got my brewshed built, I'll be doing another batch (or next BIAB demo at Morley if that comes up earlier!).
might be ready in time for the next Morley HB swap

I think Theakstons have changed the recipe too, it's not a patch on what it used to be

airlock has stopped glugging so I guess it's close to fermented out. not bad going, 3 & a bit days. S04 yeast at 22degC

still going. started at 1061, down to 1020 now. tastes good though

had two bottles of this now - one a week or so ago, flat as a fart. another last night nicely carbed up, so tonight I'll have another. need to save some for the Morley swap on Dec 15th

first ever bottle bomb today. one of my Old Peculiers. Managed to get it out of the carpet, but what a waste :-(
