Simon, it was gorgeous, IIRC. When I've got my brewshed built, I'll be doing another batch (or next BIAB demo at Morley if that comes up earlier!).

I think Theakstons have changed the recipe too, it's not a patch on what it used to be

...and it's on. Did it at the MHBC demo day on Sunday, fermenting merrily away in the kitchen now.
OG 1060. let's see what the FG is

airlock has stopped glugging so I guess it's close to fermented out. not bad going, 3 & a bit days. S04 yeast at 22degC
