This is my 3rd attempt at homebrewing, after doing 2 lots of Coopers Lager, and until drinking it i thought it had been my most successful yet!! With previous brews i have had problems keeping the temperature below 27 etc etc, but with this one it was textbook homebrewing!!! Bubbled away nicely for a few days, checked hydrometer after a week, alls well!
Primed the bottles with the Coopers sugar drops as before...ideal!
After leaving it a week (as i had done before) i have now come to drink it and it's......ermm...just not very alchoholic! It's fizzy enough...and tastes perfect, but it just don't get me even tipsy

With the Coopers Lager i brewed before, 4 bottles and i was fully feeling the effect! With this European Lager 4 bottles and it's like i may as well have drunk non - alchohol beer

Does 'European lager' mean 'weak lager'?
Disappointed
