where do you get dry beer enzyme from?

i guess dry beer enzyme would be good for a lager then? as you really don't want any sweetness froma pilsner type lager.

You used to be able to buy a lager yeast that came in a twin pack with the enzyme attached.
It was called SB14 but the last time I bought any was 1996 :shock:
But it did produce a cracking lager.
