Looking at a hobgoblin type base with EKG only...

5.00 kg Marris Otter Pale
0.35 kg Crystal
0.25 kg Chocolate Malt
0.20kg Wheat Malt

then some hops upto about 30IBU and some late aroma at 80'

S-04 yeast

Any comments would be appreciated... what OG would be normal for a beer of this type - I see Orfy's is around 1.040 - isn't Hobgoblin stronger?

EDIT: get some wheat in there...

I don't think it will taste much like Hobgoblin without the Styrians but hoping to get some nice maltiness going on...
