WHEAT MALT 450g
CHALLENGER 50g - 60min
STYRIAN GOLDINGS 15g - 15min
STYRIAN GOLDINGS 20g - 2min
Probably use S04 and look for somewhere around 3.6-4% with an OG of 1038-40 ish.
