My 1st AG Brew - Triple Spuduliet

I will be doing my first AG brew tomorrow and this is the recipe I am planning.

Ingredients

4.50 kg Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (3.9 EBC) Grain 1 64.3 %
1.00 kg Wheat Malt, Ger (3.9 EBC) Grain 2 14.3 %
0.25 kg Barley, Raw (3.9 EBC) Grain 3 3.6 %
0.25 kg Oats, Flaked (2.0 EBC) Grain 4 3.6 %
0.25 kg Oats, Malted (2.0 EBC) Grain 5 3.6 %
0.25 kg Wheat, Torrified (3.3 EBC) Grain 6 3.6 %
0.50 kg Candi Sugar, Clear (1.0 EBC) Sugar 7 7.1 %
35.00 g Tettnang [4.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 8 12.8 IBUs
10.00 g Saaz [4.00 %] - Boil 30.0 min Hop 9 2.5 IBUs
20.00 g Styrian Goldings [5.40 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 10 4.4 IBUs
10.00 g Saaz [4.00 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 11 1.8 IBUs
10.00 g Saaz [4.00 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 12 0.6 IBUs
10.00 g Coriander Seed (Boil 5.0 mins) Spice 13 -
2.50 g Seeds of Paradise (Boil 5.0 mins) Spice 14 -
1.0 pkg Trappist Ale (White Labs #WLP500) [35.49 ml] Yeast 15 -

Beer Profile

Est Original Gravity: 1.069 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.008 SG
Estimated Alcohol by Vol: 8.1 %
Bitterness: 22.1 IBUs
Est Color: 7.7 EBC

90 min mash, 90 min boil, batch sparge

If that's your first AG brew I can't wait to see your your subsequent ones. That looks pretty intense for a first go.

That's what I call jumping in at the deep end and TBH probably too much for a first attempt where I'd strongly advise KISS.

yikes. i've done four AG brews so far and i'm only just plucking up the nerve to attempt a simple (and fairly low gravity) Belgian for AG5. still, good luck!
