I will be doing my first AG brew tomorrow and this is the recipe I am planning.

0.25 kg Oats, Malted (2.0 EBC) Grain 5 3.6 %
0.25 kg Wheat, Torrified (3.3 EBC) Grain 6 3.6 %
0.50 kg Candi Sugar, Clear (1.0 EBC) Sugar 7 7.1 %
35.00 g Tettnang [4.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 8 12.8 IBUs
10.00 g Saaz [4.00 %] - Boil 30.0 min Hop 9 2.5 IBUs
20.00 g Styrian Goldings [5.40 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 10 4.4 IBUs

If that's your first AG brew I can't wait to see your your subsequent ones. That looks pretty intense for a first go.

That's what I call jumping in at the deep end and TBH probably too much for a first attempt where I'd strongly advise KISS.

yikes. i've done four AG brews so far and i'm only just plucking up the nerve to attempt a simple (and fairly low gravity) Belgian for AG5. still, good luck!
