Does anyone have a good Hopping Hare recipe? there have been a few threads made by people saying they have an untried recipebut on with any end results.

SEYMOUR BADGER HOPPING HARE CLONE

6 US gallons = 5 Imperial Gallons = 22.7 Litres

GRAINBILL:
97% = 9.1 lb = 4.13 kg, English Pale or English Lager Malt, or a blend thereof, the fresher and crisper the better
3% = .28 lb = 127 g, Pale Crystal or Pale Chocolate Malt or Amber Malt

MASH at 151°F/66°C for 90 minutes

BOIL 60-90 minutes, add a pinch of gypsum to make the hops pop, drop Irish Moss at 15 min remaining.

HOPS:
.88oz = 25 g, First Gold, 60 minutes
.88oz = 25 g, Goldings, 30 minutes
.88oz = 25 g, Cascade, at flame-out, steep until cooled

YEAST:
Nottingham, ferment at the warm end of the ideal range.

STATS (assuming 75% mash efficiency and 77% yeast attenuation):
OG: 1045
FG: 1010
ABV: 4.5%
IBU: 34
COLOUR: 4°SRM/8°EBC
