From the look of the beer, you bottle or corny condition at too high a temp in order to have it carbonated faster? Conditioning at a lower temp over a longer period of time makes for a much better beer I think.
Am I right in thinking you didnt add any bittering hops? That's a big no no. Sorry if I am wrong, I have no idea about biab.
It's good to try these wacky beers, you should try making something simple like a smash so that you really get to know your ingredients
