Does anyone have a recipe for Badgers Pickled Partridge, or something close.
Thanks
Pickled Partridge
Hi Sills,
Don't do anything with this unless other more qualified posters back it up. When Daab listed the ingredients after my post I thought I heard his gauntlet go down too. I have taken many answers from these wise experienced posters here especially him. I felt he might be testing me now with an opportunity to submit a first ever 'top of my head' recipe approximation.

They say hoppy, bitter and slightly spicy so I would suggest you are going to need a flavour addition to go with the bittering and dry hop.
I would move or add some hallertua as a flavour addition.
Bitter with admiral, flavour with hallertau, dry hop with styrian...
Can't comment on the colour not having seen the beer but that looks like a nice level to me...

Sorry not to clever at discribing flavours. I think I will have to return to the pub and sample it some more.
I was kind of hoping some kind soul on here would have tried it and said it tastes like such or such a clone, so I think I will stop being a lazy old sod get out the burco and try the recipe that you guys have given me.
As for colour it was quite dark.
Thanks
