Why not use all First Gold and add 30g of dried elderflower. First Gold and elderflower are a match made in heaven. Will be similar to Golden Champion. Honey is great in this mix too.

Last 15 mins of the boil. Add around 30g-35g. I get my elderflower from here:

Speedy delivery and really good quality.
You may need to use finings though as the dried elderflower may cause very slight haziness. This does clear over time though.
You could add around 100-150g of torrified wheat to aid head retention as well. I didn't add sugar as it does nothing for flavour.
