Klaatu Verata Nictu I'm planning to over sparge and boil down to attain my real pre-boil volume before adding hops.Will be Dry Hopped, half bottled then half with secondary Brett treatment :)

Is this now on the go ...a nice malty brew this one I can't seen the yeast or is it all brett :shock:

Yeast is just regular old us-05 (2 or 3 packets).

and I'm over OG at 1109! So if the Hop-stopper keeps running I might even have more volume than predicted too.
