I've read many Jaipur homebrew recipes calling for Nottingham yeast. In one, a Thornbridge employee corrected the hops but said the rest was surprisingly close. Also, Sarah Carter's Bombay IPA clone calls for Nottingham, and is well-known for it's overall similarities.
UPDATE: it turns out Thornbridge ferments Jaipur IPA using the Anchor Steam California Common lager strain, fermented at ale temperatures, a.k.a. Wyeast 2112 "California Lager" and White Labs WLP810 "San Francisco Lager."
