Rambler's Gold

I put together this "golden ale" testing Mangrove Jack M07 British Ale yeast and to use up opened hop bags.

1040°, ebc 10, ibu 30

pale ale 44%
pilsner 42%
wheat malt 6%
carared and caramunichII 2% each
flaked oats 4%

mash in at 55°c
40 mins at 63
50 mins at 70
15 mins at 77

Magnum 14% 60 mins 22ibu
Citra 14.7% 60 mins 5ibu
Fuggles 5.17% 20 mins 3ibu
Citra 14.7% 0 mins for 30 minute hop stand 0+ibu

1/4 tsp gypsum
1 protofloc tablet

Will the 60 minute citra addition be worth it? :)

I have 23g and putting 3g of that to 60 mins bumps the ibus up from 25 to 30 on paper, so it's just to increase the bitterness a bit.

Or, I could use the whole 23g at the end but I am a bit suspicious of beers that have ibus below 30 on paper... :-k
