Just an update
Been testin SG over 2 days and it has been a constant 1.010
I'm going to fill 10 bottles today and put the remaining in one of my corny kegs.
This brew tastes exceptionally good at this stage( quite mild with a good fruity hop character and with a slight smokey aftertaste) and is one of my clearest brews to date before going into the secondary
I think it compares very well to the York Brewery's original Stonewall at this stage but I'll see how it matures.
Now, do I use light spraymalt to condition as it says in the instructions or should I use glucose?
Recommendations welcome.
