S04 or US05?

Well all 80 pints are bubbling away nicely with US05, I think the mash temperature was 67 so should be ok.

I think I will try a split batch next time just out of interest.
Just to try and learn more about yeast profiles
Fermenter(s): Lambic, Wheat beer, Amrillo/Cascade Beer
Cornys: Hobgoblin clone, Four Shades Stout, Wheat Beer, Amarillo/Cascade Ale, Apple Wine, Cider, Damson Wine, Ginger Beer
