Amber v Crystal

Good deal, I can rarely find it cheaper than £1.70 :dry:

FWIW Mysterio, the amber malt I used is from Fawcett's, via the Homebrew Shop :wink:

Ive just done
85% MO
15% Amber
40 EBU Target hops.
and it came out slightly chocolaty.......very nice!

My Styrian Stunner had 1kg amber and 8.5kg of pale.
First taster last night is probably to early to tell but its definately biscuity with a really fresh styrian aroma.
