When you bottle your brew and invert the bottle a couple of times to mix in the priming sugar, does this not aerate the beer or is it ok at this stage?

When you add the priming sugar you should notice it almost instantly react and start making Co2. Once the cap on i expect the small void will almost instantly fill with C02.

i dont think it will aerate it.

Thanks Hoppkins, I did'nt think it would be a problem as I never seen it mentioned. Your answer makes sense, never thought of that.
