Hi All,
Anybody heard of this? Is it the same as ordinary rock sugar and where can you get it. I've found one sorce on the net.

Quoting from the recipe in BYO mag. 'In most instances, the barley sugars in Belgian triple ales are augmented with white, brown or candi sugar. It also seems to be called rock sugar or yellow rock sugar.

Go to a Chinese wholesaler such as Wing Yip, WY definately sell it B)
