Strong mild/Dark ale

Just finished brewing this evening, only one slip up, as I did not check the AA% of the Bramling Cross. I thought they where 6% but turned out to be 7.1%, so it’s a little more hopper than I want it

I have reduced the O.G. to 1.045

Mild malt 3.54Kg (76%)
Crystal 55L 272g (5.8%)
Crystal Dark 272g (5.8%)
Pale chocolate malt 304g (5%)

Demerara sugar (last 15 mins) 300g (6%)



Hops (29IBU’s)

Bramling Cross 25g 60min
Bramling Cross 12g 2min
