I had to go to Lincoln this morning for a few bits so I called in at Linbrew and picked a few bits up I got MO malt, Nottingham yeast, Irish moss, a few bits of hardware to make the mini mash kit. I wanted Styrian Goldings hops to make the Stunner but they had none in so I got a pack of Cascade(6.9%AA) instead.
Can anyone suggest a suitable hopping schedule?
I will probably have my first brewday tomorrow once I have sorted the kit out.
Thanks

how about this, it's from Mark Ollosons book, I have it in primary at the mo, it's for 21 litres, and I added a bit more hops at the end for some aroma, I suppose you could omit the wheat malt with more pale.
if you let me know how many litres you're doing, I'll scale it down for you on Promash and take the wheat malt out

Thank you guys.
Hopefully I will be brewing in the next day or 2 depending on when I get the kit assembled.
Incidentally Townes is a relatively local brew for me, Staveley is less than 20miles away. Before the Rum Runner in Retford became a Batemans House, Townes was one of the guests that made a regular appearance although Kelham Islan Easy/Pale Rider and Abbeydale Moonshine and Absolution were more frequent guests!
