Ive ordered 2 cans of this as 1 can only made 3 gallons,Ive got the candi also for 5-6 gallons but how much if any fermentables and what would you suggest?
Also while Im at it I would like to make a mexican beer in time for cinco de mayo (may 5th) I found the M&F kit and I saw a recipe to add 2.5lbs of corn syrup to make it up to 5 gallons but thats all the info I got-what else would I want to add including a yeast that would compliment
