I`ve been looking at the Prohibition kits(especially the peach schnapps).
Are they any good?
Many years ago I did a Blue Curaco(prob spelt that wrong)
It was blue, smelt lovely and fruity but tasted disgusting.
Liqueur kits?
Not only that but there is quite a lot of evidence that the only real difference between cheap vodka and expensive vodka is the price.DaaB wrote:I have no idea, you'll have to price that up yourself i'm afraid. Personally I think those kits are dreadful and it's far better to buy cheap spirits from the supermarket or at least buy a cheap vodka and add the flavourings yourself. Better still make a fruit vodka.
quite true, run cheap vodka through a water filter several times and you'll get something close the the best vodka in the world (even the chairman of Smirnoff couldn't tell the difference) - Myth busters proved that one convincinglyMightyMouth wrote:Not only that but there is quite a lot of evidence that the only real difference between cheap vodka and expensive vodka is the price.DaaB wrote:I have no idea, you'll have to price that up yourself i'm afraid.
