First AG brew day over

Get advice on making beer from raw ingredients (malt, hops, water and yeast)

Be sure and keep a couple of black bin bags over it to protect it from the UV light, since when using whole hops the compounds extracted from them can turn into nasty tasting ones when left in the light (called light strike or skunking if you are from across the pond).

BTW I used to drive a LWB Series II with a V8 Petrol Engine and a Series III gearbox, it also had Range Rover Wheels and Axels. I couldn't half shift when it wanted to :lol: but I broke one too many half shafts and had to give it up for a small car :oops:

It was only 3 months because the RAF sent me away for that amount of time with only 48 hours notice :x
