A fine ale for anybody who has had the pleasure :D
The head brewer Aidan is a top guy and below is a list of ingredients so i'd imagine putting together the recipe should be handy enough. I think i'd like to do this after another attempt at Orfys Hobgoblin


Galway Hooker

Hops
Bittering hops: 1st Gold and Fuggles
Late Hops: Saaz end of boil, Cascade in whirlpool.
Bitterness target 35 IBUs
Grist

Grist Load:
90% Pearl, 7% malted wheat, 3% crystal
Fermentation

Gravity: OG: 1.041 PG: 1.007
Temperatures: Initial temp of 19oC to top temp of 22oC
Conditioning
1oC for a minimum of 4 weeks, usually 6 six weeks if possible
Filtration
Filtered at 1oC to 10 microns
Carbonation
Carbonated to 2.5 vols

Just the one but she is a fine ale, hopefully they'll have huge success and expand and maybe start bottling and exporting. Sharing the love that is Galway Hooker :D Oh and it's not brewed in Galway it's brewed about 20 miles from me in Roscommon

Or somewhere to keep the bottle, of course there is rental on the bottle and seperate rental on it's contents. The bottle doesn't hold itself and ryan ale are forced to charge a once off per flight non refundable deposit on the stand and 1 euro per plastic wheel required. Should you make it to your destination with all you bags Ryan Ale must charge an extra 1000 euro "hand of god" charge. Please use Ryan Ale and it's partner companies again soon :lol:
