FECK TEST!!!

This is a brew before temp control of sparge liquor, ph of sparge, stopping at 1.010 temp control during fermentation, aux finings and isinglass. Prob AG#12, Bramling Cross Best Bitter.

This is what I racked to corni this evening, I pitched on 29/01. AG#16, Amarillo Best Bitter.

1.050 - 1.013 and my cleanest best flavoured beer yet I reckon.

I meant to put this on the brewdays thread, admin can move if they wouldn't mind

So what do you reckon it was that did the trick?

I reckon clarity was Aux & IG.
Clean flavour was all the other bits but mostly keeping the yeast temp controlled to 18degC.

Hi SW,

The pic might not do it justice, those finings are amazing it's polished crystal clear! It's all the good advice around here too. All I do is follow majority advice and I'm loving the results. I did forget to bottle any of this before adding all the finings though. Next time I'll try to grab a few bottles after the Aux but before the IG.

1 Campden tab and 20mls CRS to all liquor, 1 tbsp ph5.2 mixed in grist before mashing.

Forced it Ob.
Daab, I've treated water in this way on the last 3 brews, this was the first to have Aux and IG. Of the prior 3 brews, 2 are long maturers and the other will be due 1st March, they were all primed, so earliest I'll see if my haze was because of water is 1st March. I'd be well pleased if it was just water treatment.
